Republican presidential candidate John McCain says Alaska Sen. Ted Stevens should resign in the wake of his conviction on federal corruption charges. Stevens maintains his innocence and says he'll continue to run for re-election.

I can't believe a convicted felon is allowed to serve in Congress. That law should be changed, making this question moot.
