The resolution of the photo is so low that blowup only show smudgier blobs, what is the point beside distracting the reader from the low rez of the picture?

    Tell one smudge over another? Is this exercise designed to distracted the reader from what a shoddy resolution and low dpi may be passed off as high resolution?
